Have-a-Go Days (next one: Sunday 3rd May 2026 TBC)

Do you fancy trying Archery but are not sure if you want to sign up for our Beginners Courses yet? We run two ‘Have-a-Go’ days each year to allow interested people the chance to have some tuition from our experienced Archers.

	The events usually run from 2pm until 5pm.
	The cost is £5 per person for a session. Families (4 people, at least one parent/guardian) can participate for £15, saving you £5.
	The fun days are open to anyone, although if the participant is under 18 a parent or guardian must stay with them for the session.
	Our Have-a-Go Days take place at our base at Braywick Sports Ground in Maidenhead (post code: SL6 1BN), which is close to the train station and has plenty of parking. It is on the A308 Braywick Road, half way between the M4 J8/9 and Maidenhead. The Maidenhead Rugby and Athletics clubs are based here too. Parking is available at the Braywick Sports Centre.
	Do I need to bring or buy anything? No, just bring yourself appropriately dressed! (Closed toe shoes, no baggy clothes). We will provide everything you need. This is for fun, so turn up, shoot, and enjoy yourself!
